Satisfies my needs

The app is great.Love to download the books for offline reading.

I love reading, and it was seriously a great catch being able to read unlimited books for a low price. Now you only get to access 3 books for a membership per month? Thats bull. The concept of this was great, but now with its limited access, I might as well go to the library from now on. At least theyll be able to have the newest book released instead of waiting for Scribd. So sad this changed.

After using both Scribd and KindleUnlimited, Id say they are about equal. One gives you more borrows with less choices, one gives you greater choices with limited monthly borrowing (that would be Scribd). Since Oyster Books is no more (and it was wonderful and I miss it!), Ill say that Scribd is a good alternative. Not perfect, but enough for me to keep using it for the present. I just really wish Oyster would come back...

I love this app - I have had no problems with using the iPhone version and have immensely enjoyed the selection of books that Scribd has to offer! Their customer service is excellent and very prompt won responding! Overall, I have had a great experience with their app and their company. Highly recommend them to avid readers!

A great app but SCRIBD keeps making changes to its membership policies. You get less with each change. How about going back to unlimited books? At least stop making us use new credits for books weve previously used a credit for every time your membership policy changes.

I enjoy this app. I was able to read before hand the book assign by my female professor.

I found this app years ago and loved it so much! Unlimited reading for a monthly fee - it was. Netflix for books. This year they restricted their audiobooks. I was annoyed but understood. Now they have restricted reading to 3 books a month! Ridiculous! I usually read 10 a month. This app used to be my happy reading place. Now its my stressful, pick a good book or youre screwed place! Only three! Will NOT renew my subscription! Dont buy it unless you rarely read a whole book.

I guess to make a profit, they had to limit your "premium" titles to 3 per month, and offer unlimited titles from a much smaller library of 150,000. Here is how to save yourself SCRIBD: 1.) Leave the audiobooks to audible, your player doesnt compare. Use extra resources to allow access to more EBOOKS. Again, well go to audible for audiobooks. 2.) Get rid of "sheet music" which probably 2/100 users care even remotely about. 3.) Give us access the old unlimited collection of books and documents with your saved finances, specialize in EBOOKS! 4.) Opening text on an IPhone 4s hard drive shouldnt take 2 minutes of loading. Its text. Make it as quick and snappy as possible!! 5.) Increase your prices (if you have to) for a premium subscription of unlimited reads. Im rooting for you SCRIBD but Amazon Kindle Unlimited is calling my name and Im probably going to switch if you dont start make better trade offs.

Love the app just wish they didnt make changes to how many titles you can read a month. Lots too choose from either hard read or audio.

Its an excellent source for quickly finding documents.

I really love the books because I love reading.

Im really happy with scribd. Im Christian and was looking for a subscription service with Christian books to read at slow times at work and audiobooks for the car and Scribd is perfect for this! I have really been this app so far and the fact that you can access your books online to read on a computer too is fantastic. Give this app a try! Its awesome! God bless you all & enjoy Scribd! :)
