Scribd - audiobooks & ebooks App Reviews

If you were an Oyster fan then you will not like Scribds limited monthly books. Ian a fan of Scribds selections though. There is a larger History selection here than Oyster. Let us also be honest...... I Love to Read. No problems with their app on my end so 4 out of 5 stars for me. I really like Scribd.

Now that the unloadable book bug has been fixed, this seems to be the best and most economical digital book service. I get to download every book I want - not the ones some editor wants me to have.

Love this app and its ease of use. Makes my day everyday. Cant go wrong with its slick interface for both written and audio books. Those other apps are just KINDLE to this fiery app.

I am also a Kindle Unlimited reader, and was an avid Oyster fan until they went under. Scribd seems to have more current books then Kindle. My biggest issue with Scribd is the freezing of the app. VERY annoying! For that reason, only 3 stars.

I cant stand greed, or Scribd anymore! STOP DEMANDING A SUBSCRIPTION!!!

I got this app about 3 years ago and it slowly getting worse. They started charging for which I was happy to pay for thinking the new revenue would beef up developers and fix the bugs. I was wrong this app closes and freezes so often on my iPhone I cant even use it most the time. The app I bought to help me relax has turned into the biggest cause of stress during my day. I will probably give this app a few more months and if these issues dont get fixed I will be taking my money elsewhere. SCRIBD FIX THIS PROBLEM! Devote money to IT people that can fix this, its honestly embarrassing for such a well known app to be plagued with problems like continually freezes and forced closes.

I love the easy way to read books on this app..

Scribd helped me discover that westerns are my cup of tea. Another room has been open and its a lot of fun. Thanks to the people at Scribd for making this possible.

This app is a life saver. There are manuals which the manufacture of certain devices (too old)!dint have anymore. I was able to find the manual I need through your app. Keep up the good work!

I have completed my first book using this app and it was definitely an effort less experience. With all of the audio reading application options out there, Im very glad I stumbled upon this one.

Scribd love your content, not a fan of the 3 book rule. But for the love of god update the app up to parity with other major apps that support slide over and split view on iPad pros. Most owners I know are forced to use the web browser version spoofed because of how behind the app is with multitasking. FYI every major book app supports multitasking and your app is a subscription! Get with it man!

Sluggish performance on an iPhone 7?? Really people....

Not too bad, but Id rather just use iBooks or any other popular reading app. This is good for finding sheet music, articles and PDFs though.

Cette application est vraiment très bien faite, facile à utiliser et permet davoir des romans, partitions, etc sur son portable (et on peut les synchroniser donc après plus besoin dInternet pour les voir) :) This app is very well done, easy to use and allows you to find novels, music sheets, etc on your phone (bad if you can save them in order to see then even when you dont have wifi) :)

Full of interesting content and very easy to use. Books can be save on the iPad and what they dont have on ebook version they have on audio books.

You cant really enjoy content in offline mode because it requires syncing and synchronization requires an Internet connection. Premium user
