Fix it !

I paid for a subscription and it didnt load for a really long time ,I quit the app and went back on it , I press restore purchase and it loads for a really long time and nothing happens , the money was taken off my account the first time before I tried to restore purchase and when I press on the support button to email you it exists and Im back to the settings screen , I paid my money ! Fix this!!! And some books are not able to be read in some countries , please fix this too
