I audiobook credit a month??

You have to be kidding me! I did the free trial and every audiobook I pick out is not available to me until the free trial is over. Only 3 books it appears to be available to me.
*nowhere could I find a customer service number, chat line, or email.
*you get ONLY 1 audiobook per month and 3 regular books per month. That is outrageous and who knows if your credits roll over to the next month!
*they dont categorize by abridged or unabridged nor do they list the the narrators name.

Ive used Audible for several years. I could not be happier especially after seeing this. Plus Audible allows you to return any book you are unhappy with. Plus customer service is easy access and excellent
