Book nerd

I have been using Scribd for a few years and they keep jerking us off... there business model, is schizophrenic. They let me build a library then change their mind and it disappears. Incredibly stupid board of directors and CEO, figure out your model all ready, listen to your customers... its not that hard, then stick to the plan. Net flicks lets us watch an unlimited number of movies a month from a limited selection and is dominating.... there is nothing disruptive about about paying 10 bucks a month for 1 book you cant even keep... its just stupid, provides value to almost no-one. Sad yall cant figure out the difference in what your customers will pay for, and actually use in the long run... give them more, no one has time to put you out of business listening to freaking audiobooks.
