Very FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!!!

SCREWD by SCRIBD! I just happen to notice on my bank account that I was being charged nine dollars a month without my realizing that I had subscribed. Unsubscribing has been a very frustrating experience.
I have found two different instructions describing how I should unsubscribe to SCRIBD and I have found neither one possible to achieve.
Ive wasted way too much time just trying to stop this DECEPTIVE service.
Maybe if they would change the name of their business from SCRIBD to SCREWD—people would not be so disappointed with their unethical practices.
Also, their "chat" help services is nothing but a big façade. I never received any response.
