Awful customer service

I have used scribd for some time now and gave constantly had books with pages missing or showing up blank. This went on for several months and I contacted customer service multiple times with no assistance so after paying for several months of subscriptions with this happening I canceled and reached out one final time to customer service. All I was told was sorry and we hoped you enjoyed your subscription. I would have expected them to offer me some kind of something for this going on but nothing was done. As a business owner myself I cant imagine a company thriving with this type of service. Im an avid reader but Im incredibly disappointed in their service. I would not recommend them to anyone unless they get their customer service up to par.
